Lea and the Lakers

Lea is so sweet.

You see, Lea understands that I have a sickness...I'm a crazy Laker fan. Probably to the point where I should get professional help.

I know it is a silly game involving a little orange ball, but when that ball goes up in the air and the purple and gold take the court, I get a little...ummmmm....crazy.

Anyway, so Lea told me the other day she wants to cheer for the Lakers with me (how sweet is that!), and today when they won a nail-biter (more on the game here), I called her at work and she listened to my child-like enthusiasm and even celebrated with me. What a woman :-)

I love you sweetie!

I love James

It is amazing the ways that James shows me he cares for me. He specifically told me to do him a favor today... to take a break from wedding planning and do something for myself for "a minimum of 3 hours!!" WOW...I am so lucky to have him!!! God, I will "sing of song of thanksgiving and tell of all your miracles!!!" Psalm26:7

Lea is wonderful

I just have to give some props :-) to Lea for how amazing she is. She did a LOT of stuff on the wedding yesterday; made calls, did research, etc, etc, etc. AND she had to deal with me (me happened to be "mr grumpy" yesterday, so that was no small feat in itself)!

I just wanted to tell the world - well, the portion of the world that visits this blog, that I am MOST DEFINITELY getting the better end of this marriage!

Hi from James

Hi everyone.

Lea and I created this blog so that we could each record stories, events, milestones, etc, etc, as we move toward November 4.

Let me take a moment to tell you why November 4 is so fantastic. Our first date was on November 3 (read about it here), so our rehearsal dinner will be on our one year anniversary. How cool is that!

Ok - I just wanted to say hi, and tell everyone I love Lea.
